Ionann Management Consultants specialise in diversity, equality and human rights issues. We work in partnership with a range of public, private and voluntary sector clients to promote organisational change.

Ionann offers training, research and consultancy to promote equality and diversity and to combat bullying, harassment and discrimination in the workplace. Ionann provides one to one coaching for managers and assists in the resolution of staff grievances. We also offer evaluation services to assess progress in equality, diversity and human rights.

Ionann’s recent consultancy and research work has been strongly focused on compliance with human rights and equality legislation including the public sector equality duties, equality and human rights audits and implementation plans, human rights and equality impact assessments, and investigation and mediation of staff grievances.
